Katherine has over 30 years experience as Controller and/or
Business Manager. Eleven years have been specifically in the construction
industry with both prime and sub contractors.
Katherine has,
over the past 35 years, experience as CFO, a successful
business owner and entrepreneur. Over the years, she
has owned numerous large rental complexes, an Internet
ISP a web design company, and a tax and bookkeeping
service.
Katherine holds
a CCE in Computer Forensics. The California House of Representatives
has also recognized her for her
charity work (website development) with San Fernando Valley
Senior Center. She is
presently a Board Member of “The Family Adult Service Center”
and "The Compass Center" in downtown Seattle.

Robert T. Mickey, AIA has been with Northwest Home Designing
for 24 years and is currently the lead designer of NHD's
design team, which specializes in plans for individual clients
and production builders nationwide. Recognized for his creativity,
Mickey's designs have appeared in numerous national publications
and can be seen in countries around the world, including
Ireland and Saudi Arabia.
His 1988 design "Lakeside
Reflections" earned
the Best in American Living Award by Better Homes and
Gardens/Professional Builder, and the home, which he
custom-designed and built for himself was named the American
Hardboard Association Home of the Year in 1992. Mickey
was also honored
for the "Chateau" which he received
the People's Choice Division " Best of Show",
and "Best Kitchen Design" at the 1996 Street of
Dreams.
